Harry and Lindsay had a bit of an adventure while filming Just My Luck together. Both of them denied it for a year and then Harry finally said that he'd done her. To this day (this was in 2005) she still denies it. Which Harry says is "a bit embarrassing really". So that's the background behind the quote, which I love. :)
